Over the years, Krispy Kreme has released so many limited-edition doughnuts — including major partnerships with big brands like Reese's and Oreo — sometimes you have to wonder if there's anything left in the tank. When you've already made a doughnut with a giant Oreo wafer, what other tricks are left up your sleeve?

Well, for their latest collaboration with Twix, Krispy Kreme has shoved an entire candy bar inside of a doughnut. Well played, Krispy Kreme.

The chain's first-ever collaboration with the Mars-owned brand includes three new Twix-themed doughnuts, and clearly, if you're going to stick an entire Twix inside one of them, that's the showstopper.

The resulting Caramel Cookie Crunch Bar Doughnut filled with a Twix Cookie Bar is a (you guessed it) bar-shaped doughnut filled with both Chocolate Kreme and a full-size Twix Bar. The whole thing is then dipped in chocolate icing, drizzled with dulce de leche and chocolate icing, and topped with even more Twix pieces.

If you're less interested in eating an entire candy bar and doughnut at the same time, there are two less-ambitious Twix options joining the menu.

The Caramel Cookie Crunch Original Filled Doughnut topped with Twix Cookie Bar pieces is described as "a chocolate iced doughnut with salted caramel filling, topped with Twix Bar pieces and drizzled with dulce de leche."

Finally, the Mini Caramel Cookie Doughnut topped with Twix Cookie Bar pieces can be seen as the antipode of the excess of the first doughnut: a smaller Original Glazed mini, dipped in chocolate icing and topped with Twix Bar pieces.

"We are always looking for new ways to provide our fans an awesome doughnut experience, so we've partnered with another iconic brand — Twix — for the first time ever," Krispy Kreme Chief Marketing Officer Dave Skena stated. "We created mini and fun-size doughnuts made with Twix Bars and then went even further to create a bar-shaped doughnut with a full-size Twix Bar in the middle!" 

All three doughnuts are available now for a limited time at participating U.S. locations. The regular-sized doughnuts can be purchased individually, while the Mini Caramel Cookie Doughnut topped with Twix Bar pieces is available in a mixed box of 16 minis that also includes four each of Mini Strawberry Iced with Sprinkles Doughnuts, Mini Chocolate Iced Doughnuts, and Mini Original Glazed Doughnuts. Because even if you're going to go mini, you still need to go big!
