First up, @monmack peels and grates her potatoes before freezing them in a solid rectangular block. Once it’s fully frozen, she cuts it into cute little squares and tosses them in corn flour. Next, it’s frying time: she gets her oil nice and hot and fries her potato cubes for around 5 – 7 minutes, or until they’re golden brown. Et voila – your potato croquettes are ready to dunk in any sauce you fancy. But, yeah, it has to be mayo, right?
