CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Spring heats up in a big way with a packed week of new music releases from Kendrick Lamar, the Chainsmokers, the Black Keys, “This Is Us’” star Mandy Moore and more (all subject to change)...

Album of the Week: The Akron-born Black Keys is back, almost a year to the day after its covers set “Delta Kream.” “Dropout Boogie” (Easy Eye Sound/Nonesuch) features new material as well as collaborations with ZZ Top’s Billy F. Gibbons, Reigning Sound’s Greg Cartwright and regular Kings of Leon cohort Angelo Petraglia. It also comes out the day before the 20th anniversary of the duo’s debut album, “The Big Come Up.”

Album Title of the Week: Chris Bathgate, “The Significance of Peaches” (Quite Scientific)

Did Ya Know?: A couple of new “supergroups” make their recording debut this week. “A Light For Attracting Attention” (XL) marks the debut of The Smile, a consortium of Radiohead’s Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood with Tom Skinner. Skills, meanwhile, puts together members of Night Ranger, Mr. Big, Electric Mob, Giant, Winery Dogs and more for “Different World” (Frontiers).
