2. Servo motors are used for the meshing and lifting of groove roller, feed pump and kneading components

7. Press roller surface teflon treatment, surface smooth non-sticky cake, through the frequency regulation

9. The pump gear adopts herringbone teeth, so the feeding quantity is more accurate
10. The sauce filling groove roller assembly and the feed pump assembly can be taken out separately for cleaning, and the installation and disassembly are convenient and simple

Material standard:
1. The side plate is made of Q235 carbon steel with a thickness of 20mm after processing, and the surface is plated with hard chrome
2. 7050 aluminum alloy is used for the side plate and connection plate of the nose, and the surface is treated with teflon
3. Imported food-grade POM materials for pump teeth; Pump body material with 7075 aluminum alloy, the surface of teflon treatment
4. The filling channel template is made of 7050 aluminum alloy, and the surface is treated with teflon.
